Description: Made ​​from malt, spelt, barley, Hallertau and Saaz hops.  The result is a very dark, moderately bitter beer with warm shades of spelt and aromatic notes of hops. The broad finish is characterized by elegant spicy and fruity accents.
Serving suggestions: goes well with elaborate but not too spicy dishes like roasts, red meat, risottos.  Excellent with chocolate, coffee and almond desserts.
Recommended dish: beef stew à la Maremma
Recommended pizza: 4 kinds of cheese (Gorgonzola, Pecorino, Fontina, Parmigiano Reggiano) and bacon.
