Description: produced with three different types of malt:
barley, with the addition of malted oat and raw spelt; the five hops used are carefully measured in an elaborate and very balanced mixture.  In addition, the "gruit" of spices added to Sandy gives the characteristic harmonious taste of caramel with elegant spicy notes.
Serving suggestions: suggested with white meat flavoured with spices and sauces as long as not too spicy or savoury. Cheeses: robiola, fresh goat cheese, slightly cured sheep cheese, with a soft texture.
