Description: it is a light, mild and light beer produced mainly with Pilsner malt, a little Carapils and a touch of malted wheat to complete the recipe. The hops used are Perle for bittering and Saaz for the aroma.  Elegant, well-carbonated, bitter at the right point, light body and persistent ending.
Serving suggestions: drinkable and refreshing, it goes very well with white meat, red, not spicy, meat, steamed fish and fresh cheeses.
Recommended dish: Monkfish all’isolana
Recommended pizza: ham steak and mushrooms
