Description: a strong and red beer characterized by an intense and pungent olfactory intensity with elegant citrus and spicy notes; the body, surprisingly light, starts with almost sweet broad tones, and then evolve into a long-warm, enveloping and very aromatic finish.
Serving suggestions: excellent with a bloomy rind cheese such as Brie, goes well with spicy but not too savoury dishes and desserts like the bavarese with berries.
Recommended dish: salad of Belgian endive, walnuts, raisins, pine nuts, julienne of orange zest, olive oil and balsamic vinegar
Recommended pizza: Vegetarian: grilled eggplant, sweet pepper and zucchini with mozzarella and oregano
